Effective 3 November 2026
What you can raise
- A factual error in a caption or claim
- Context missing that changes how the clip reads
- A clip that misattributes who said something, or to whom
- A request for the right of reply — a counter-argument that belongs alongside a clip
- Any other concern about fairness or accuracy
For privacy-related requests, see our privacy notice instead. For a sponsorship-labelling concern, see our advertising policy.
How to raise it
Contact us with the clip's link or title, the timestamp if relevant, and what you believe is wrong. The more specific you are, the faster we can check it against the source.
What happens next
Every clip is checked against its source material before it's corrected — we don't take a complaint at face value any more than we'd take the original claim at face value. That's the same review step every clip already goes through before publishing (see how we work).
If a correction is warranted, we fix it transparently rather than quietly re-uploading — a corrected clip is marked as corrected, not swapped out silently. If the issue is serious enough that the clip itself shouldn't stand as published, we'll take it down and say why.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days, and to give a substantive response — a correction, an explanation, or a decision — within 10. More complex cases involving source material we have to re-check may take longer; we'll tell you if that's the case.
Not satisfied?
If our response doesn't resolve it, reply and ask for it to be looked at again — reference your original message so we can pick up where we left off.
